Common places to buy equipment like this are your local tuning shop, eBay, etc...actually any respectable tuning shop can provide these products.
Bleed Valve: 10$ - 30$
Fixed Uprated Actuator: 30$ - 60$
Adjustable Actuator: 60$ - 120$
Electronic Boost Controller: 150$ - 350$

Conclusion on Boost Control
Well by reading this guide you should be able to draw your own conclusion, but i'll write something down anyways:
I personally really like the DIY actuator since it has turned out to work so well on my 4AGE Turbo, but looking at the results of all of these methods i personally think the deciding factor for most people is the price.
It really comes down on how much money you can, or want to spend on boost control since all methods seem to be very effective.
But wait!
We're not done yet, we now know how to raise the boost on our example engine: the 4E-FTE, but the other question was: Is it safe?
